Cancer Commons Founder Speaks at Kids & Art 2019 Gala

Last week, Cancer Commons founder Marty Tenenbaum, PhD, shared our mission and impact at a fundraiser gala hosted by the Kids & Art Foundation in Palo Alto, CA. The theme of the night? “Technology. Research. Therapy. Conversations on improving quality of cancer care.”

Marty, who founded Cancer Commons after his own cancer journey, joined other innovative leaders at the gala to discuss the hopeful progress being made toward better care for cancer patients. He outlined how Cancer Commons helps patients identify their best possible treatment options, and how we are working to strengthen and expand our services to help many more patients.

The Kids & Arts Foundation “provides Arts workshops to children with cancer and their care circles to improve their well-being during treatment, as survivors, and in bereavement.” We support and admire the organization’s work, and we are honored and grateful to have been invited to participate at the gala.
