Unsha Bakker, MSN, RN, OCN, CBCN

Unsha holds undergraduate degrees in Nursing, Psychology and a graduate degree in Nursing Education, equipping her to deliver comprehensive care that addresses both physical and emotional needs. In her role as a Nurse Navigator, she focuses on bridging healthcare gaps and advocating for equitable access to oncology services for patients, caregivers and other supporting individuals. Driven by a profound sense of purpose and a commitment to social justice, Unsha aims to make a difference in the world, one individual at a time, and contribute to a more compassionate society.

She is dedicated to removing barriers and enhancing access to care for all, providing holistic and compassionate support during vulnerable times. Her passion extends beyond just treatment, as she is a strong advocate for mental health awareness, connecting with people from all walks of life to build supportive communities. In her free time, Unsha loves traveling, baking, and exploring nature, which helps her stay balanced and inspired.
